How Every Engagement Is Structured
Before any programme begins, Mardock and the client agree a written scope document specifying deliverables, timeline, what we need from the client's side, and how progress will be communicated. This prevents the scope drift and misaligned expectations that tend to erode consulting value.
All programmes include scheduled review checkpoints and end with a structured handoff document. Clients own every deliverable produced. Nothing we create is tied to proprietary systems that require us for maintenance.
