How does the initial conversation work?
We typically begin with a thirty-minute call to understand your situation and identify which programme, if any, is a reasonable fit. There's no obligation to proceed. If the match isn't right, we'll say so clearly.
What size companies do you typically work with?
Most of our clients are growth-stage companies — typically between ten and one hundred employees — that have moved past the earliest phase but haven't yet built out a full senior management team. Sector varies widely.
Can I engage more than one programme at once?
Yes, though we'd encourage a brief discussion first to ensure the timing makes sense. There are situations where running the Investor Readiness and Process Documentation programmes in parallel works well — but others where sequencing them is wiser.
What does the Outsourced CFO commitment look like week to week?
We agree a defined weekly commitment at the start — commonly eight to twelve hours, depending on what's needed. That includes management meeting attendance, async review work, and a regular catch-up with the founder or CEO.
What happens to our documentation after the Process Documentation project ends?
All deliverables are yours. We provide them in editable formats (typically Notion, Confluence, or Word-compatible documents). You own and maintain them going forward. We can also advise on how to structure a review cycle for keeping documentation current.
How do you handle confidential financial and operational information?
Mutual non-disclosure agreements are standard before substantive work begins. Information shared with us is not discussed with other clients. Our team operates under strict internal information-handling protocols.
